I just completed the New Thinking for Greater Success course and thoroughly enjoyed it. I gained new insights into running my business and developed new skills that I'll be able to use for years to come. My biggest takeaway is how impactful the process of interviewing customers and potential customers is to growing my business. I'm now able to recognize the value of the opportunities to conduct client interviews and will continue to use this technique to learn more about my business and what people want. I also enjoyed Rebecca Melancon's teaching style. She is very laid back and makes an effort to create a comfortable and friendly learning environment. She obviously knows a lot about business and is always eager to answer questions while providing excellent advice. I've already signed up for another course!

The course helped shift my thinking and reminded me of the core of our product and how we can get to new markets. The reflective analysis helped me discover overlooked potential for my business. The frameworks were clear, actionable, and rooted in business realities. I appreciate how it moved beyond tactics and instead asked me to rethink my approach.
